California: Apple's upcoming iOS 17 update is set to bring some intriguing new features, including a remarkable camera trick that can straighten a user's images.

The iPhone camera already offers some optional settings to aid in image correction. However, with the highly anticipated iOS 17 update this autumn, Apple has taken camera leveling function a step further by separating it from the grid mode.

This new update will turn leveling into an individual option, possibly unveiling some other hidden features in the settings as well. Users can access this innovative feature by clicking on their camera after entering the accessibility settings app and scrolling down to the level option.

After toggling the switch, users can return to their camera app to find three small white lines that appear on the screen. By aligning these lines straight, users can ensure that their images are perfectly balanced.

To ensure that the images are indeed straight, aligning all three lines in a row is crucial. Once the lines turn green, users can be certain that their images are well-aligned.

This new feature will remove the additional step of straightening the images after they are taken and may prove helpful in understanding how to level the phone properly without it.

The feature is expected to be introduced with the iOS 17 update, anticipated to release alongside the iPhone 15 in September.
