Their studies have become extensive, they need to use online resources and engage in research. They need time to play sports, spend time with friends and keep themselves updated with growing needs of the times. Thus, children themselves do not have plenty of time to spend with their children. It seems that both factors as discussed above are responsible for lesser quality time with family.
