There is a strong link between social status and education attainment. This link is seen as a pointer of close mindedness in a society and of the transmission of inequality from generation to generation. A report on the inequality of education in OECD countries asserts that students from lower educational backgrounds find it hard to earn a degree as compared to the students who have parents with tertiary education. Inequality leading to lesser educational attainment is a serious concern.

We may fail as a state until we try under a strong sincere national leadership. Schools must show students that all the students matter and impart fail education to all.
