The model helps the educators to cater to discrete needs of a learner as we see most pupils have exclusive learning styles. Blended approach is expected to gratify those needs much more than an outmoded classroom coaching experience does.

Online instruction, group work supported by teachers in the light of online instructions, personalized blend of different practices, online labs and face to face instruction are all different examples of blended learning models as adopted by the educators and instructors all over the world to cope with the digitally governed world.
