Migraine headaches, also called migraines, are excruciating pain that leaves your patient unable to do anything. There is no cure for migraines, but temporary relief can be found by taking home remedies.

Get help from cool ice

Cool the scalp when you have a migraine, the best way is to take a cold shower. Another effective  way is to get help from ice. Wrap a few pieces of ice in a soft towel and put it on the forehead for 15 minutes. Remove it after 15 minutes and you will see a clear reduction in headache. If the headache persists and you are not getting rid of it, add more ice after 15 minutes

Relax your head

Tightening the scalp hair also causes headaches. When having a headache, women should loosen their hair so that the muscles can relax. Similarly, if you are wearing a scarf or hat on your head, take it off when you have a headache

Dim lights

When you have a headache or migraine, do a favor on you self just dim the lights where you are, put dark curtains on the windows. People with chronic headaches should keep their computer and mobile phone bright. Be sure to bring out you sunglasses to wear when you are out in the hot sun.

Don’t hurt the jaw

Chewing gum for long periods of time can sometimes cause headaches, as can the habit of chewing a pan or something hard, grinding teeth. Go to your nearest clinic and consult a dentist about this situation and try to get rid of this habit as soon as possible.

Immediate treatment of headaches and fatigue is sufficient; a good cup of coffee can significantly reduce headaches.
