An 85-year-old man from Balochistan made history by earning a PhD.

Hebatullah Halimi holds a doctorate in political science from the University of Balochistan.

Governor Balochistan Syed Zahoor Ahmad Agha embraced Muammar PhD Scholar and conferred degree on him.

Hebatullah Halimi, a PhD scholar, belonged to the Police Department and held the artical of DSP.

The Governor of Balochistan said that the intention to do PhD at this age and its completion is encouraging and a source of pride for all those who are interested in knowledge.
