Next the Ace Café: the Spanish electric motorcycle supported by Mercadona that could go from prototype to series

Next Electric Motors with the Ace Café concept presented in February has earned a place among the fans, and since then the good reviews have not stopped raining down on it, it is gaining more and more strength all over the world.

The Spanish company has become more popular and has not stopped growing since its foundation, fueled by the experience of Juan Roig, to the point of gaining favor in the United States for its simple designs.

The Next Ace Café could stop being a concept to become reality

Next Electric Motors has become a trend with intentions to be one of the greats of the two wheels. The Alicante company has not stopped growing since its foundation, which was born thanks to the Lanzadera project of Juan Roig, executive president and largest shareholder of Mercadona. Since then, the expansion under the NX1 model has taken this Alicante company to the United States, Germany or the Netherlands, and to be preparing its imminent arrival in France, Belgium and Latin America.

The Next Ace London conceptual model is a cafe racer style motorcycle but with neo-classic air and electric motorcycle technology. Showcasing a round headlight with the X by Next integrated in the foreground and the rear view mirrors at the ends of the handlebars make a statement, while its rear end shows much more modern lines with that sharp tail and the very exposed rear wheel.

With its name they wanted to pay tribute to the cafe located on the outskirts of the city of London, the original Ace Café, which opened in 1938. In a very short time it became the favorite place for motorcycle fans of that time as it opened the 24 hours a day and it was always available, giving rise to a busy meeting point full of good anecdotes. At the moment the Next Ace Café is nothing more than an experimental design but it could well end up becoming a production electric motorcycle if everything turns into favorable conditions as they seem to be taking place at the moment.
