This is stated in the analytical report on the organization of distance learning in schools in the 2020/21 school year, created as a result of an anonymous online survey of participants in the educational process.

According to the document, only 2.1% of parents and 1% of teachers believe that distance learning is more effective than learning directly in school. Instead, more than 82% of parents and 74% of teachers have the opposite opinion.

Among the problems that most complicate the organization of distance learning, educators call the lack of experience in the use of special training programs and electronic platforms and lack of experience in the organization of distance learning.

Also among the factors that have the most negative impact on the organization of distance learning through digital technologies, most respondents mentioned the limited access of students to the Internet, the lack of digital devices and insufficient digital infrastructure in the educational institution.
