  1. Add your iCloud account to Windows. Enter the settings in Windows Search in the lower left corner of the screen next to the Start button.
  2. When the drop-down menu appears, select Settings: Trusted Microsoft Store found under the Best Match title.
  3. Windows settings should now display the interface when overlaying the desktop. Click Accounts.
  4. Select the Email and Add-ons account option under the Accounts header in the left menu bar.
  5. Click Add an account found in the Email, Calendar and Contacts section.
  6. Add Account Now a dialog box will appear containing a list of account types. Select the one labeled iCloud.
  7. Enter your iCloud account information in the provided fields and click Sign in when done.
  8. A message should appear confirming that your account has been successfully created. Click Finish to exit the Add Account interface.

If you are operating with older version of Windows or have another operating system, you can still access iCloud email from any major web browser.

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://www.icloud.com/.
  2. Enter your iCloud username (email address) and password by clicking the sign in arrow when done.
  3. If two-factor authentication is enabled in your account, you'll now be prompted to enter a six-digit verification code to send to your iPad or iPhone.
  4. You may now be asked if you trust the browser you are using. If you are using a public device or shared computer, we recommend that you select Do not trust the button. If you're using your personal device and don't want to be asked to enter a verification code every time you sign in to iCloud, click Trust. If you are not sure what to do now, just select Not Now instead.
