Destiny 2 is a free to play game developed by Bungie which was released as a pay to play game before turning into a completely free to play mode. The game features epic gunplay and quite amazing combat which has led to the game becoming much more popular as time has passed on. Moreover, the developers have done a wonderful job at making the game much more versatile and unique for every new platform. They have also added limited features to allow integration between each platform such as cloud saves to ensure that the game feels integrated with other platforms.

However, with the introduction of crossplay the potential seems to be quite limitless. This would mean that platforms that have smaller player bases will now benefit from the shorter queue times that they will now be getting due to the ability of them being able to play with the universal player base of Destiny 2. Moreover, it also adds a sense of fun into the game as multiplayer game is quickly turning less platform specific and more versatility is being added to platforms overall as gaming evolves.

Bungie™s Destiny 2 will be one of the best games that have gotten crossplay after their release with no initial plans to support it. This means that there is hope for games who have died on some consoles but still have active playframes in another. Integrating them in crossplay will ensure that the lifespan of that game is increased by a huge amount.
